Terms and Conditions

How to book a room
The reservation is considered valid on the day of receipt certifying the payment of the deposit ( 30% of the total cost of stay ), understood as penitential ( art.1386 c.c. ) has been made via email at info@hotelhalimeda.com in five day of your reservation..

Refund Policy
The deposit paid is partially refundable: we will return 50% for cancellation received 30 days prior to arrival date. In case of cancellation received within 30 days prior to the date of arrival and / or no show we will retain the deposit received at the time of booking confirmation.

Accepted Payments
The balance of the reservation is made at the arrival, by cash or by credit card.

Tourist Tax
Tourist tax is 1.50€ per person per night in June, July, August, September. The other periods is 1.00€. The municipal regulation is visible here here.

Check In and Check Out
It is possible to check-in from 13:00. Check-out must be done no later than 10:30.

Breakfast
Breakfast is served from 7:30 to 10:00.

Pets
Animals are not allowed.
